Hi, we’re Ben and Lacey, owners of Stay and Play Properties! We fell in love with the Great Smoky Mountains and purchased our first vacation home to create special memories with our family. It didn’t take long for us to realize how much joy sharing our home with others could bring, so we decided to offer it as a short-term rental. Before we knew it, we added a second property in the Smokies!
